| 摘要 |
分析降钙素原检测在新生儿感染性疾病中的具体应用。方法 2020年1月~2022年3月我院收治的78例感染性疾病的新生儿为对象，其中病毒性感染分为观察组1（n=31），细菌性感染分为观察组2（n=47），再将同一时期在本院就诊且未发生感染的70名新生儿作为对照组，分别进行降钙素原检测。对比结果。结果 治疗前，观察组1与观察组2的新生儿降钙素原水平明显高于对照组，且观察组2高于观察组1，经治疗后，观察组1与观察组2的新生儿降钙素原水平显著降低，观察组2的下降幅度亦明显高于观察组1。结论 降钙素原对新生儿细菌感染比较敏感，可以作为判断新生儿是否出现感染性疾病的指标之一，临床可行性较高。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the specific application of procalcitonin detection in neonatal infectious diseases. Methods: from January 2020 to March 2022, our hospital 78 cases of infectious disease of the newborn, including viral infection were divided into observation group 1 (n = 31), bacterial infections were divided into observation group 2 (n = 47), then the same period of infections occurred in our hospital clinic and 70 infants as control group, calcitonin original test respectively. Compare the results. Results: Before treatment, the level of neonatal procalcitonin in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was significantly higher than that in control group, and observation group 2 was higher than that in observation group 1. After treatment, the level of neonatal procalcitonin in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was significantly lower, and the decrease rate in observation group 2 was significantly higher than that in observation group 1. Conclusion: Procalcitonin is sensitive to neonatal bacterial infection and can be used as one of the indicators of neonatal infectious diseases.
